It was recently announced on the Yahoo! Deseret Alphabet group that a service to transliterate standard written English to the Deseret Alphabet is available at http://deseret.in. I haven't tried it myself (since I use my own software to do that task), but it's definitely worth a look.

How about a program to transliterate Deseret Alphabet text to Latin characters. We need to be able to quickly and reliably convert the proper names and words of foreign origin in the Deseret Alphabet edition of the Book of Mormon into IPA+ characters.
